Editorial Policy

Everything you read on your-outfits.com is created by me, Maria – from idea to final post.

I don’t publish content just to follow trends or fill space. Every article starts with something that genuinely caught my attention – a styling detail, a color combination, a silhouette, or a shift I’ve noticed in how people are dressing right now. If it doesn’t feel interesting or inspiring to me, it doesn’t make it onto the blog.

I write based on personal exploration, not authority. I test outfit ideas in real life, adapt trends to something wearable, and share what actually works – or what didn’t, but taught me something useful. This means the content is not theoretical. It’s practical, experience-based, and constantly evolving as my style changes.

I prioritize clarity and usefulness over complexity. You won’t find complicated fashion rules or rigid frameworks here. Instead, I break things down into ideas you can try, adjust, and make your own. My goal is to give you direction without limiting your creativity.

I also care deeply about originality. I don’t copy looks or recreate content just because it’s trending. If I reference a trend, I reinterpret it through my own perspective. This blog is not about repeating what’s already everywhere – it’s about filtering it and reshaping it into something more personal and relatable.

Content is updated when needed. As trends evolve and my perspective shifts, I revisit older posts to keep them relevant, accurate, and aligned with what I actually believe now. Style changes – and this blog reflects that.

Transparency matters to me. If a post includes affiliate links, collaborations, or any kind of partnership, it will always be clearly disclosed. I want you to trust what you read here, and that only works if I’m honest about how things are created and shared.

Most importantly, this is a personal space. The opinions expressed here are mine, shaped by my own experiences, preferences, and experiments with style. They are not universal truths – and they’re not meant to be.

You are always encouraged to take what inspires you and leave what doesn’t.
